Comfort Home Furnishing Limited is the manufacturer of beds and mattresses including soft furnishing and wooden furniture. CHF is well renowned for its quality of furniture in Fiji and Neighboring countries. Their factories is located in the Industrial hub of Laucala Beach Estate, 15 minutes from the Capital city of Suva acquiring approx 50,000 square feet of factory area and employs more than 100 staff at the sight. |

CHF caters almost 70% of the local market share for beds and mattresses in Fiji, they supply to the major retailers such as Courts, MH Homemaker, Tappoos and other retailers plus also very active supplier to the hospitality industry such as Resorts, Hotels, Apartments, Executive properties and other commercial accommodations. In the last 7 years it has developed its market in the following countries American Samoa, Samoa, Tonga, Vanuatu, Papua New Guinea, Solomon?s, New Zealand and Australia. Each of these countries has a distributor selling CHF products under its brand names. |

Branding |
|
“Sleepmate” was the first and CHF’s own brand name registered for its mattresses and bedding products in early 1990’s. Later with its production capabilities it acquired international brand names to be manufactured in its factory under license. The acquired brands were “Sleepmaker”, KingKoil”, “Dunlop Bedding”, and “Sleep on it” also in soft furnishings it acquired Sheridan and Actil. These brands were than manufactured and promoted locally to enhance the availability of quality and luxury sleep in Fiji. |

The international brand names also gave CHF an edge over quality, capacity and productivity. It gave the company exposure to world standard products being manufactured under specific guidelines in its factory in Fiji. This was a remarkable achievement in comparison to any local manufacturer in the furniture industry in Fiji. The association with the international companies also gave excess to CHF to explore and develop with them new products and technology. CHF became part of the research and development program with the international bedding manufacturers to maintain its brands innovative edge. |
